Mark Mooney, Jacques Couvillon to Present an Update on JRS

The National Board is pleased to welcome its own Mark Mooney and Jacques Couvillon as General Session speakers on May 12 at the 93rd General Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mooney, NBBI's director of operations, software and services, has over 35 years of industry experience as a boilermaker, operating engineer, inspector, and manager. He was the Massachusetts chief boiler inspector for 12 years before joining Liberty Mutual. Mark was a member of NBBI’s Board of Trustees from 2001 to 2009 and is a past chair of the NBIC Subcommittee Inspection.

Before becoming NBBI’s director of product development, Couvillon spent 16 years as the director of regulatory software for Praeses, a software and IT services company. There, he served as the business leader for Jurisdiction Online. Couvillon also served as the director of product management for CentralSquare’s Public Administration Business Unit, where he managed a $22 million software suite supporting municipal government workflows.

The Jurisdictional Reporting System (JRS) is a digital platform designed to streamline and support the boiler and pressure vessel safety workflow into a centralized system. It provides an efficient and standardized way to collect, store, and analyze inspection data. More information on the JRS program is available HERE.
