Roger Boillard Retires as Indiana Chief

Roger Boillard recently announced his retirement as a National Board member.

Boillard, the chief boiler inspector for the state of Indiana, retired effective October 1. He had been a member since 2019. 

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1988 to 1997 as a machinist's mate. He was the state of Indiana’s Powerhouse Supervisor from 2000 to 2017 before joining the Boiler and Pressure Vessel section of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security in 2017.
