Donnie LeSage Retires as Chief Boiler Inspector for Louisiana

Joseph “Donnie” LeSage Jr. retired May 31, 2023, as chief boiler inspector for the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.

Mr. LeSage had been a National Board member since 2015 and was elected to the Board of Trustees as a member at large in 2021. He also had been chair of the Committee on Qualifications for Inspection and a member of the NBIC Main Committee.

He joined the Louisiana State Fire Marshal Office in 2002 and before that held positions as a pipefitter, draftsman, welder/fabricator, quality control inspector/design engineer, and engineering manager.

Rhett Termini has replaced LeSage as chief boiler inspector for Louisiana.
