Training Moves to Remote Learning

Beginning mid-August all National Board classroom training will be conducted remotely. This is in response to the continuation of travel restrictions for many of our students due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

During this time of remote training delivery, daily sessions will be held using ZOOM following the course agenda as closely as possible.

Most training sessions will be unchanged by this new remote learning format; however, some sessions are being altered or modified to better fit a remote learning scenario. Any associated final examination will not be included within this new format as we cannot proctor examinations remotely. Individual classes will be provided information on where and how students may sit for the associated examination following the end of the training class.

Enrollment for remote learning remains the same as for attending a classroom training session. Once enrolled, all National Board provided training materials will be prepared and shipped to each student prior to the start of class. Students will still be responsible for code books.

If you are currently enrolled in a classroom training session you will be contacted via email regarding this change in training delivery. We recognize a remote learning option may not be favorable to all students, as such, students will be allowed to cancel their enrollment to receive a full refund.
