Steven F. Noonan is the new member representing the state of Maryland. Mr. Noonan’s professional experience includes energy manager and public buildings and grounds superintendent, both with the Maryland Department of General Services, and a project manager for Dellew Corporation. He holds an active Maryland First Grade Stationary Engineer’s license and has worked as a boiler inspector for the state since 2017. He currently serves as Maryland’s chief boiler inspector.

Rajesh Kamboj is the new member representing British Columbia. Mr. Kamboj holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Kurukshetra. His past work experience includes time as a marine engineer officer, a shift steam engineer, and a boiler safety officer. He has worked for Technical Safety BC since 2009 and has served as the province’s senior safety officer since 2014.
