New Online Education Center Coming in January

The National Board's Training Department is preparing to launch a new online education center in January, phasing out the current online training center mid-February.

This new resource will provide students the ability to:

• View the online course catalog alphabetically or by category.
• Enroll in and complete online courses.
• Review a transcript of completed online and classroom training.
• Print certificates.
• Print transcripts containing most training.

Students will also be able to update their personal information (such as home address, emails, birth date) under the new personal profile feature. Individuals who have taken online training will receive an email after the first of the year with a temporary user name and password for the new education center, along with a direct link to the new site.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For students taking online training in the current training center, we strongly encourage completing those courses as soon as possible in order to avoid losing any progress with the course. Courses that have not been completed prior to the current system being closed down will be reset to the beginning when moved to the new education center, and all progress made within the course will be lost.

As a reminder, continuing education training for the renewal of commissions and endorsements should be completed by no later than December 31.
