The National Board Welcomes its Newest Member

William Ross is the new member representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Ross served in the US Navy from 1980 to 2002 and worked as a boiler technician and steam generating plant inspector. He obtained his National Board Commission while on active duty. In 2002, he joined the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a commissioned boiler inspector supervisor. He became director in 2019.
