Vincent Scarcella Announced as General Session Speaker

The National Board announces Vincent Scarcella, Equipment Breakdown Risk Control Director with CNA Insurance, will address the 87th General Meeting May 7, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. His presentation is entitled, “Carbon Monoxide Mortality.”

In his role at CNA, he is responsible for risk control in the North East & Mid Atlantic Zones, and manages compliance for 14,000 jurisdictionally-mandated inspections. He has been employed with CNA Risk Control since 2002.

Mr. Scarcella is also a member of the National Board Committee on Qualifications for Inspection.
