Djordje Srnic is the newest member representing the province of Alberta.

Mr. Srnic has over 37 years of experience in the boiler industry and has worked as a boiler designer, engineer, manager, and most recently, as an assistant chief inspector at the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA). He is a graduate of the University of Belgrade in Serbia and holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. Srnic is also a past recipient of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Award of Merit, an award given to individuals that demonstrate strong leadership in developing voluntary standards.
