NBIC Meeting Registration

All attendees (in-person and remote) are required to register for the meeting. Registration helps NBIC staff with the planning process. In addition:

  • In-person attendees: Registering will ensure you get a badge onsite and allows you to sign up for the Wednesday reception and Thursday meals.
  • Remote attendees: Registering will give you access to the online links for the meetings you plan to attend.

All attendees will receive a confirmation email after registering. Use the link and confirmation number in this email to modify or cancel your registration.

NBIC Hotel Booking

  • After registering for the NBIC meetings, in-person attendees will be prompted to book your hotel room – this is a new feature.
  • Please book your hotel room by following the prompts. DO NOT book rooms on the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel – only use this link to access the special room rate of $169 (+taxes and other fees).
  • In-person attendees will receive a separate confirmation email for hotel booking. Use the link and acknowledgment number in this email to modify or cancel your hotel booking at any time up until the cutoff date, which is Wednesday, Dec. 11. After the cutoff date, please contact the hotel directly with any changes to your hotel reservation.

NBBI Nightly Room Rate: $169.00 + taxes and fees

NBIC attendees can receive the special room rate by clicking the link above and completing your in-person registration.

  • Each attendee is responsible for his or her own guest room, tax, and incidental charges.
  • Reservations must be made no later than local time on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024.
  • Contact the hotel directly regarding its room cancellation policy, early departure fees, and other pertinent reservation information.
  • Room rate is available three days pre and post based on availability.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Complimentary airport shuttle is offered by the hotel. Please call the hotel for availability.
  • Cancellations or arrival revisions must be received two days prior to date of arrival, or it will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.

NBIC Receptions

NBIC receptions are complimentary to all attendees and a guest (if applicable). If you plan to attend any of these events, please sign up through the in-person registration form above. If you are bringing a guest, please add them to your registration. Registration is FREE.

  • Wednesday  — The Wednesday Night Reception will be hosted at the Hyatt Place rooftop bar, the Pour Taproom. Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

  • Thursday — Complimentary NBIC Breakfast & Lunch buffets will be served as follows:

    • Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM in Grand Magnolia Foyer

    • Lunch: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Sterling Hall Foyer
