Hickerson to represent state of Tennessee

Philip Thomas Hickerson is the newest member representing the state of Tennessee.

Mr. Hickerson, who had been assistant chief since July 2022, holds a National Board IS Commission.

He began working for the state in 2018 as a correctional officer and in 2019 transferred to the maintenance department to operate boilers for the prison.
