As of March 1, 14 candidates have taken the exam, with nine passing and five failing.

The examination is given at any of over 180 AMP assessment centers in the U.S. and Canada and at any of 40 additional centers worldwide. No computer experience or typing skills are needed to take the exam, which can usually be scheduled within two or three days following sign-up.

National Board members will continue to offer the examination four (4) times per year on the first Wednesday in March, June, September, and December.
