MEMBER RETIREMENT

Dennis Eastman retired as director of engineering and inspection services in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador on July 31, 2020.

Serving as director since 2001, Mr. Eastman spent more than 30 years in the boiler and pressure vessel industry. He previously served as a boiler and pressure vessel design review engineer for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and became chief inspector in 1992. 

Eastman earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Memorial University in St. John's. He was recognized in 2018 for 25 years of National Board membership.
