Members Announce Retirements

Cliff Dautrich retired as the chief of North Carolina on June 28. 2019. Mr. Dautrich’s professional experience includes 17 years with Chevron USA. Additionally, he served as a chemical operator/shift supervisor at Perth Amboy Oil Refinery. He also worked in design and construction. Mr. Dautrich assumed the role of North Carolina bureau chief in 2014.

David Sandfoss retired as the chief of the state of Nevada on July 5, 2019. Mr. Sandfoss served in the United States Navy (SS) from 1977 to 1996, and retired as a nuclear machinist’s mate. His civilian career began with CNA Insurance, where he worked as a loss control specialist until 2000. He then joined the state of Nevada as a safety specialist (boiler/elevator). In 2008, he assumed the role of safety supervisor. Mr. Sandfoss became a member in 2016.
