New Members in Delaware and New Hampshire Announced

David Luettgen is the new National Board member representing the state of Delaware. Mr. Luettgen attended Pennsylvania State University where he received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He has over 35 years of industry experience, including positions at Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company and OneCIS Insurance Company. In February of 2019, Mr. Luettgen joined the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Boiler Safety, as chief inspector.

Brian Oliver is the new National Board member representing the state of New Hampshire. Mr. Oliver attended Eastern Maine University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in applied science and business. He is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University and working toward a master’s degree in public administration. He served in the United States Navy as a nuclear machinist for six years. His professional work experience includes working as an authorized nuclear inspector for Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company. In February of 2019, Mr. Oliver joined the State of New Hampshire as chief boiler inspector.
