VR Seminar Scheduled for Houston

This September the National Board will conduct its popular Pressure Relief Valve Repair Seminar (VR) in Houston, Texas. This five-day seminar provides students with practical knowledge on preparing quality control programs, repair and alteration rules, qualifications and use of standard welding procedures, basic codes of construction, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

After attending this training, students will be able to describe the installation and operation of pressure relief valves; recognize and differentiate between pilot-operated and spring loaded pressure relief valves; calculate nameplate capacities and evaluate device certifications; and much more!

This seminar will be held at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake Hotel located at 3000 NASA Parkway on September 10-14, 2018. Tuition is $1,700 USD.
