National Board Hilton Anatole Room Block Sold Out

The National Board special room rate of $209/night at the Hilton Anatole for the 87^th National Board General Meeting is now sold out. As a result, any attendees who have reserved rooms in the National Board room block but who have not registered for the General Meeting may be displaced. Register for the General Meeting here.

Those who have not yet made a hotel reservation can check with the Hilton Anatole at this link to see if rooms are available at the hotel’s regular rate. Alternatively, following is a list of hotels located near the Hilton Anatole.

As a reminder, the National Board preregistration/host hotel policy is as follows and can be found on the National Board website. An abbreviated statement is also published in the winter 2018 BULLETIN on page 13, in the General Meeting “Hotel Registration” box.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

While the National Board and the host hotel will do everything possible to accommodate all General Meeting visitors, registered attendees will be given first priority for all discounted sleeping rooms. In the event of a sold-out hotel, the National Board reserves the right to cancel the reservations of anyone in its room block not preregistered for the General Meeting. It is, therefore, strongly recommended attendees register for the General Meeting before securing room reservations. Additionally, it is suggested attendees make their hotel arrangements early to ensure availability. Those seeking special room rates but failing to register for the National Board General Meeting are not guaranteed the discounted nightly rate.
